GX1838 is a multi-channel programmable DC source that provides multiple discrete outputs for aviation electronics, automotive, industrial testing, and other ATE applications.

characteristic

GX1838 provides 8 output channels that can be set to open or switch to any of the 3 voltage rails. Every three voltage rails can be programmed to output -10VDC to+32VDC- 20VDC to+20VDC, with a resolution of 14 bits.

Voltage rails A to C are used as voltage sources and can be connected to a precise digital to analog converter (DAC) or external reference input. Track A can be connected to DAC A or an external reference A. Track B can be connected to DAC B or an external reference B. Track C can be connected to DAC C, external reference C, or ground. This architecture provides maximum flexibility. If additional output channels are required, an external transformation matrix (such as GX6616) can be used. An onboard EEPROM contains calibration parameters for DAC and higher accuracy.

Programming and Software

This board supports GXPDO software, including virtual instrument panel, Windows 32/64 bit DLL driver library, and documentation. The virtual panel can be used for interactive programming, controlling the instrument displayed in the window, and displaying the current settings and status of the instrument. In addition, interface files are provided to support access to programming tools and languages such as ATEasy LabVIEW、LabVIEW/Real-Time、C/C++、Microsoft Visual Basic ®、 C #, Delphi, and Pascal. The online help document and PDF user guide contain instructions for installation, use, and board programming.
